Sculpture olfactive.

In partnership with Hermès Parfums.

These olfactory sculptures stem from a reflection on diffusion devices embedded in decorative objects within a domestic context.
United as a family of four revolved forms in limestone from the Paris Basin, the Franche Fine of Saint-Maximin, these turned pieces engage in a dialogue through shifts of scale and proportion.
Each stone bears a hammered aluminum sheet that pairs well with the rock’s texture. These sheets offer a clean surface to receive the scented liquid, which then diffuses, both visually and olfactorily, by capillarity into the stone and out into the surrounding space.
